We are working on behalf of this well-established Saudi based organisation that requires a Senior Human Resources Executive with a focus on Compensation and benefits to lead and manage a team of HR professionals in the development and implementation of the different HR programs and initiatives regarding employment, retention and development.
Their aim is to become an ‘Employer of Choice’.
As Senior Human Resources Executive you will be responsible for:
• Manpower planning and recruitment
• Compensation and benefits
• Performance Management
• Career Development and Succession Planning
• Employee Engagement
• Budget Planning
• People Management
Experience:
• Degree in Human Resources or its relevant fields preferably with a master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 - 15 years relevant experience in Corporate Human Resources with at least 5 years’ experience in a Compensation |
